To deliver transactional notifications, we process the following data sent from your site or entered into your dashboard:

• Merchant Account Information: Account name, email, registered store domain, and API keys.
• Transactional Order Data: Customer billing phone numbers, order IDs, order totals, order status changes, and template parameters required to compose WhatsApp messages.

2. How Data is Used

We process transmitted data exclusively to:

• Authenticate store requests and verify active domain subscriptions via `https://app.rsaltek.com/api/v1/verify-domain.php`.
• Format and route transactional WhatsApp notifications to your end customers via `https://app.rsaltek.com/api/v1/wp-receiver.php`.
• Display sent message logs, message statuses, and chat conversation threads inside your dashboard interface.

3. Security & Data Protection

All API payloads exchanged between your WordPress store and our backend servers are encrypted over HTTPS and authenticated using HMAC SHA256 signature headers (`X-Tskin-Signature` and `X-Tskin-Timestamp`). We do not sell or rent customer data to third parties.

4. Merchant Responsibilities

As a merchant, you are responsible for maintaining a valid Privacy Policy on your e-commerce store notifying your end customers that they will receive transactional updates regarding their orders via WhatsApp.
